The citizens of Norcia were taught to respect nature because and to nurture it.There was very important for norcians to keep a clear balance between nature and development.

Thus has appeared a true culture of hikes in the mountains,rock climbing, strolls.Also youth organizations which taught basic survival in the wild with little supplies.

There are also festivals which are centered around wood.These are mainly focused on chainsaw carving contests which produced exquisite wood pieces of art.Also one important objective was to visit the city of Silva Lignum on Norcia which was carved inside the massive trres called silvanum

This trees are even bigger than the oldest recorded sequia tree from Earth.They varied from 42m up to 57m in diameter and 96.2m high.For some hard fanatics of old science fiction movies they thought they were on Kashyyyk.

Every Norcian is educated to help a person in need.But if that person actually is using a bad situation to profit,that person will be isolated in society.

Every Norcian which lost a limb or a leg will not be treated as outcasts in society.That person will be helped and treated as a second rate citizen.Even with robotic prosthetics the situation will not be different.

This kind of technology will not cost a single dinari even for the poorest citizen of Norcia because is paid with public funds.The prosthetics will not be available for the persons who try to damage their body intentionally so they could receive a robotic leg.

There was also the option to grow back a limb by using what nature gives us,by using the way how lizards grow back their severed tails.This process takes between 6 to 12 months to fully regenerate and aditional 4 months to retrain the leg on how to do specific tasks.

In Norcian society it was considered very important on how to adress a person .In normal a Norcian citizen will be ofended if not properly adressed but if you are a foreigner exceptions can be made but only if you are polite.

You can adress a man as dominus, a lady as a domina and a young lady as puella.

Parents in Norcian society are considered the foundation of the nation.In collaboration with the powerful educational system the society received very good citizens.

With strong and targeted social programmes developed by the Senate,homeless people are about 0.5% from the total population.There are educational programmes even for the lowest elements of the society which help people to get a job and become an element which will strengthen the norcian society.

As funeral rites there was used 3 methods: roman way ,classic catholic way and romanian way.

It was not considered a sacrilege if the body was incinerated in a private ceremony,only if fire prevention measures were taken.A lot of Norcians preferred this method because it felt closer to the traditional roman family values.

The catholic way ,the ceremony is held mostly in churches.

And there is also the romanian way is done by buring the dead in the ground, but the service is much more complex, because of the old traditions of the romanians.The religious service attracts a lot of persons and tourists mainly because of the ancient roots of the Byzantine Church.

Another thing that Norcia attracted was the beauty of the women.You could see them at every hour of the day and night "walking as godesses among as mortals" as a captain of a merchant ship from Earth.The majority of women loved to wear dresses instead of pants.It was not a rule but it was preferred.

They are very open to new persons,but there were cases when persons tried to abuse the trust of their companions and they will regret it.This is mostly because of the italian passion of the Norcian founding fathers.

It is well known that if you something bad towards a women, even trying to attack her that will not go well for the attacker.That is also done because a lot of women decide to join the Norcian armed forces.

There was a case reported in the Thrace Gazetta where 5 drunk crew members of a small private freighter,tried to pick up 2 mid 20' women at a small caffe.The sailors tried to pick up the women,when they didn't answer they begun to harasses them.After this they tried to sexually attack them, but that angried so bad that the sailors end up in the hospital with severe injuries.

The police responding to an emergency call in the end arrested them and will be tried women aggraveted attack ,whick will trigger a sentence of 20 years .Norcian justice is very harsh on any one who tries to attack a woman.

The majority of women wore roman inspired dresses but with a slight twist which made this dresses more beautiful.Because of this a lot of brands appeared to cater to the needs of every Norcian women.
