By the 3400 the NSC has a fleet of 3100 ships, of which 325 are support ships.
Every now and then ships organize port visit to the neigbouring nations as a way to promote peace and most important Norcian culture.
In 3325 the Norcian Senate has approved a second programme Stellaris Astra Norcia to increase the numbers of high technological ships availble to defend norcians.

The main strategy regarding naval combat was The Heavy Fist.In each Fleet there must be enough firepower to finish a battle fast.There were also Quick Reaction Forces ready to go where the need appears.
