Efodiapolis is a midsized city on Dalarnas' End, mostly famous for being the founding city of the Møbius Donuts Corporation.
It is surrounded by vast agricultural areas, as most cities are on the planet. Despite hosting the Møbius Donuts Headquarters, there are few local points of interest aside from a sizeable starport and a small but thriving artisinal pastry culture.

Etymology
The name Efodiapolis was given the city in the aftermath of the reconnection event. Its originally vaguely scandinavian name was swapped out for a greek sounding equivalent, that was supposed to show the nations appreciation for the nation that contains humanities homeworld.
History
The city was founded as one of many ordinary farming outposts in the early days of the colony. Its history is mostly unremarkable as it never played a major role in local politics and has no Industries that were relevant during great national and International conflicts. It is known to have hosted one of several secret underground resistance cells that were involved in the revolution and subsequent founding of the modern Star Trading Conglomerate.
Location
The city is built upon a dried up swamp area in a relatively flat stretch of land in between two major river basins on the southern hemisphere. The climate is subtropical with no real seasons besides variations in humidity and amounts of rainfall. The ambient temperature during the day is 310K with usually only modest variations throughout the planetary cycle.
