History

Mugen Ichibanya Curry House was founded on 04/25/2491 on Nihonedo as one of the first fast-food chains on that planet. When the Intersystem Alliance began reconnecting with the rest of the galaxy, this curry chain was quick to follow. It was bolstered when the Alliance reconnected with the largely Japanese-descendant spheres of Himeji and Odawara in what is now modern-day Threshold.

Corporate Identity

Mugen Ichibanya Curry House is a galaxy-wide fast-food restaurant aiming to serve quality Japanese-style curry.

Structure

Each region, sphere, and planet are broken down incrementally. Planets are allowed to open different franchises as they see fit, though progressively higher rankings of corporate officials may mandate the opening or closure of individual franchises. Independent franchises are not allowed, as certain menu items are mandatory, such as the chicken cutlet curry, and their famous curry sauces and rice recipe as a whole, are highly regulated. Other menu items may be customized to the region, like whale-curry in the Threshold.

Mission

The goal of Mugen Ichibanya Curry House is to provide delicious tasting curries to all.

Products

Various Japanese Curries are provided alongside a variety of side dishes that vary based on location. All locations are required to serve at least chicken cutlet curry, but sides, toppings, and additional curry flavors may vary.

The general meal item consists of:

  1. Customized amount of rice (or mana) (Standard: 300g Rice)

  2. Mugen Original Curry Sauce

    1. Spice Level - 0 through 10, or ∞ (Infinite).

      1. "Level 0" adds sugar to curb the preexisting mild spiciness of the original curry spices.

      2. Levels 1 - 10 add progressively more spiciness. "5" is a medium spice. "10" is extremely spicy, with few able to handle more than a single bite. Spice levels can also be distinguished based on color; low-levels of spice are light-brown, and higher spice levels are darker.

      3. Level Mugen (∞, or Infinite) is notorious for being extremely dark red is several times hotter than Level 10, and customers who finish a standard serving of this curry in one sitting are given accolades and usually Mugen rewards such as free meals, clothing items, etc. Exact rewards depend upon the franchise or planet.

        1. This curry is featured in many humorous videos of people trying - and failing - to eat more than a spoonful or two of the curry.
